Return Policy

We recommend trying on all items in your order to ensure they fit.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

The return package must be postmarked back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this thirty-day-timeframe for a store credit. Returned items that were purchased using a Black Friday coupon code are eligible for in-store credit only.

If your refund is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. We will deduct $8.00 from your refund amount for label and restock fee. Your refund will not be processed until the returned item(s) are received at our warehouse. The return package must be postmarked back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this 30 day timeframe for a store credit.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.

Exchange Policy

An item may be exchanged if it is sent back:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

If your exchange is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you. Your exchange will not be shipped until your original item(s) are received at our warehouse. If you select a replacement item that is of lesser value than your original item, you will be issued a store credit for the difference.

Should you request an exchange of the replacement item, you will be charged for your second pre-paid shipping label, as well as the cost of shipping the second replacement item.
